Sadly, the body of missing kayaker, Andrew John Donohue, was located this morning in waters south of Robbins Island. 

Our thoughts are with the Mr Donohue’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.

Police thank the local community, SES Tasmania, Surf Life Saving Tasmania, and Volunteer Marine Rescue, for the support and assistance provided during the search effort. 

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
