The missing 29 year old Travellers Rest man has been located at Cradle Mountain.

He is in a very inaccessible area on the Reynolds Falls track and was located by a ground search team a short time ago.

His description is described as weak, tired and suffering the effects of exposure.

Police are now working to extract the man from the area using the Westpac Rescue helicopter.
