A 29 year old Rokeby man will face a Manslaughter charge and will appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court this morning, following investigations into the death of a 38 year old man from Rokeby at Bray Court, Rokeby on Friday.

It will be alleged the deceased man was assaulted and died as a result of injuries inflicted by the two alleged offenders. The incident is believed to have occurred in Bray Court, Rokeby about 11.15 pm on Friday 23 January 2015.

A 16 year old Rokeby youth has been charged with Criminal Assault and has been bailed to appear in court at a later date.
