Glenorchy Police have appealed for witnesses to an incident of dangerous driving on Wednesday.

At 12.48pm on Wednesday 30 July 2014, police attempted to intercept a 1996 white Falcon Sedan on the Tasman Highway, Warrane.

The vehicle failed to stop for police and travelled to the Risdon Vale area.

A short time later the car then travelled over the Bowen Bridge (from east to west) on the wrong side of the road. The vehicle was left abandoned at Marys Hope Road, Rosetta.
