Hobart CIB officers have today charged a man in his 30’s with wounding, as a result of an incident in North Hobart on 15 January 2015.

The victim was allegedly assaulted by the offender with a samurai sword and suffered serious lacerations to his hand and was treated in hospital. The men were known to each other.

The male has been bailed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court in March 2015.
