Police have arrested and charged a 36-year-old Rosebery man with multiple burglary and stealing offences.

About 1am on Tuesday, the man reportedly committed numerous motor vehicle burglaries in Rosebery, before allegedly stealing a white Hyundai Elantra.

He was then reportedly invovled in various burglary and stealing matters between Rosebery and Devonport.

He will appear in the Devonport Magistrates Court this morning.
