Hobart detectives today interviewed and charged a 47 year old South Hobart man with the crime of Creating a Common Nuisance under the Criminal Code 1924. He was charged as a result of a complaint made regarding wire being strung on a track used by mountain bike riders and walkers in South Hobart on 27 October 2010.

The man was given police bail and will appear in the Hobart Court of Petty Sessions on 6 December 2010.
