A 36 year old Clarendon Vale man has been charged with one count of Create a Common Nuisance following an incident at the Shoreline Shopping Centre on Hobart’s eastern shore today.

Tasmania Police was called to the shopping complex about 8.25am after three suspicious packages were located in the car park.

The man has been remanded in custody to appear in an out of hours session of the Hobart Magistrates Court later this evening.
