Launceston Detectives have today charged a 21 year old Ravenswood man with Grievous bodily harm in relation to a serious assault committed in the Launceston CBD in early hours of Sunday 14^th August 2016.

He will appear in an out of hour court session later tonight.

Police would also like the members of the public who located the victim or any other witness to also contact the Launceston Criminal Investigation Branch on 6777 3915 or contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
