On Saturday 18 July detectives from Hobart CIB arrested a 39 year old Howrah man who police allege was committing a burglary on a northern suburbs crash repairs business.

The man was also suspected of committing a series of similar crimes on business premises in the Hobart and Bellerive divisions over the last 2 months.

He was interviewed by detectives and was subsequently charged with 8 separate burglaries upon business premises and 6 counts of stealing.

Nathan Kerry VALENTINE appeared in the Hobart Magistrates court today and was remanded in custody to re-appear on 31 July.
