Kingston hoons caught, cars seized and clamped
Police in Kingston have seized and clamped four vehicles recently, following continued investigations into hooning and dangerous driving in the area.
Acting Sergeant Lucas Brouwer said two 25-year-old men were also being proceeded against for hooning-related offences.
“Police want to thank the local community for their continued interest and support in addressing hooning, dangerous driving and general traffic offending matters,” he said.
“Information provided by community members helps us to quickly identify traffic offenders and the vehicles used in these dangerous incidents.”
“With assistance from the community, police have been gathering video evidence from a range of sources including home and business CCTV and dash cam and mobile phone footage.”
“Rest assured, police are targeting these traffic offenders and they will be held to account to ensure all motorists are safe on our roads.”
