At approximately 13.45 hours on 10 October 2010 Tasmania Police and Fire Service personnel attended a dwelling fire at 91 Rockingham Drive, Clarendon Vale.

A thorough examination of the fire scene was conducted and seat of the fire located in a child’s bedroom at the side of the house.

The occupants of the dwelling were not home at the time of the fire which caused approximately $120,000 damage.

The cause of the fire at this point in time has not been determined, however, investigations are continuing.
