At approximately 5am on Sunday the 7^th October 2012. Tasmania Ambulance responded to a call of an injured male at King Street, Devonport.

An 18 year old Devonport resident was treated by ambulance personnel and conveyed to Latrobe Hospital.

The man remains in intensive care in the Royal Hobart Hospital with serious head injuries in a serious but stable condition.
