As a result of an ongoing investigation Hobart Detectives have today charged a 45 year old man with a number of sexual assault matters that are alleged to have occurred between 2003 and 2009.

The man was charged with the following offences;

• Rape
• Indecent Assault (2 counts)
• Abduction of Young Person under 17 years of age
• Maintaining a Sexual Relationship with a Young Person
• Assault

The man was bailed with strict conditions and is to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on Tuesday 21 May 2013
