At approximately 10.20pm on Sunday 16 December 2018 police received a call that a male had been shot in the face at an address in Invermay.

Upon attendance of emergency services a 33 year old male has sustained a wound to his left eye/temple area.  The male has been conveyed to the LGH where he is currently being assessed. The injury is not life threatening.

Police are at the scene and undertaking numerous enquiries and investigations in relation to this matter
