About 1700hrs today the Police Westpac Rescue Helicopter was activated by Tas Ambulance in relation to a man who had been crushed between two vehicles whilst working in a forest just south of Geeveston.

The man was treated by paramedics at the scene before being flown to Hobart with serious leg injuries.
