Yesterday, 27 February 2014 police conducted further searches at a rural property in Pelham.

Detectives interviewed, and have now charged, a 56 year old man from Pelham with failing to report the killing of a person, and being an accessory after the fact to murder.

He will appear in the Hobart Magistrates court today.

Police have now positively identified the remains found at the Pelham property were those of Ms Eaton.
