At about 9.45pm last night police responded to a report of shots being fired at a house in Homer Street, St Helens.

The home was occupied, but no one had been injured.   It would appear that a window of an unoccupied room at the residence had been damaged.  

An investigation into this incident is progressing with Launceston CIB, Forensics and St Helens Police.

No one has been charged at present and the investigation continues.
