Approximately 4pm Saturday 15 February 2014 a Bridgewater youth received minor injuries as a result of a firearm incident.

At this stage police are continuing enquires as to the exact circumstances of the incident and are requesting assistance from the public.

Tasmania Police would like to reassure the public that this incident does not appear to be an intentional act.
