At midnight on Sunday 24 June a man discharged a firearm into Pablo’s Cocktails and Dreams located at 101-103 Harrington Street, Hobart.

After firing shots the man has then fled the scene on foot through the rear car park, heading north on Harrington Street.

There were a small number of people in the premises at the time and no one was injured in the incident. Police attended and located a firearm nearby.

Investigations to date suggest the incident was not random and police are following a particular line of inquiry.
