At approximately 1030am on Thursday the 17/10/2013 Police and emergency services were called to a house fire at Tip Road Nubeena.

On arrival the house had been completely engulfed and destroyed by fire.

The sole occupant of the home was away at the time and no one was injured as a result of the fire.

The expected damage bill is estimated at approximately $400,000.

Police and fire scene investigators have conducted an examination of the fire scene and enquiries are continuing.
