• 1800 567 567 – Bushfire Information Hotline
  A 24-hour hotline has been established to provide information about the fire situation and support services available.  Please note from 8.00am – 5.30pm the hotline is provided by the Department of Premier and Cabinet, after these hours it is managed via a national information service.
• 1800 734 621 – Insurance Council of Australia Catastrophe Event Insurance Hotline
