Approximately 12.30pm on Monday 26th of October 2015, emergency services attended to a report of a tractor partially submerged in water near Cove Hill Road, Bridgewater.

A male driver in his 60s was mowing grass when it’s believed he suffered from a medical incident.

The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police, ambulance and fire services attended the scene and Workplace Standards Tasmania was notified of the incident.

Initial investigations indicate that the fatality has occurred from a medical condition.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.
