Fatal Quad bike crash – Strahan (22 May)
A 21-year-old Strahan man has died after a single vehicle quad bike crash in the early hours of this morning.
Police and ambulance services were called at about 3am to the scene at the intersection of Innes and Frazer St, Strahan.
It is believed that the man lost control of the quad bike while negotiating a corner and suffered severe head injuries when he was thrown from the bike.
He died while being transported to the North-West Regional Hospital.
Police investigations are continuing and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
