Sadly, a 27-year-old provisional motorcyclist has died following a crash today on Main Road, Austins Ferry.

Around 10am on Monday 22 January 2018, a black 250cc Kawasaki motorcycle travelling south lost control, hit the curb and slid along the nature strip. The rider was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Tasmania Police Forensic Service personnel attended the scene. The cause of the crash isn’t known at this stage and investigations are continuing.
