A 21 year old man from Bellerive died due to falling from a moving vehicle on the Midland Highway Brighton around 8.50pm on Friday 5 April 2014.

The deceased was the rear seat passenger in a red Ford Festiva when he has fallen from the vehicle as it travelled south toward Bridgewater.

The vehicle was being driven by an 18 year old female from Bellerive, a 19 year old female was the front seat passenger. The females were not injured.

Attempts to revive the deceased at the crash scene were unsuccessful.

The crash investigator, Sergeant Carrick would like to hear from any member of the public who may have witnessed the incident or saw the vehicle prior to the incident.
