Emergency Services this evening attended the scene of a single vehicle crash on Forthside Road at Forthside.

A 36 year old Latrobe man was confirmed deceased at the scene as a result of this crash. Another male who was travelling in this vehicle was taken to the Mersey Community Hospital for examination.

No details of the persons or the vehicle involved will be released at this time.

Forthside Road was closed for 4 hours whilst the scene was managed.
