On Saturday, 16/11/2013 at 2.05pm a red and white Honda Fireblade motorcycle, was being ridden by a 38 year old Chigwell man, in a westerly direction along the Lake Leake Highway, 16km east of Campbell Town.

The motorcycle has been travelling at high speed when it left the road on a sweeping bend.  It has then crashed into farm fencing and a power pole.  The rider was killed instantly.

CIS attended the scene with Forensic services, Campbell Town police and Northern RPOS.
