Tasmania Police have charged three people in relation to the fatal multi-vehicle collision which occurred on the Bass Highway between Devonport and Latrobe on Thursday 2^nd October 2014. The collision claimed the life of Christine Sylvia BONE.

As a result of the on-going investigation a 63 year old Latrobe man will be summonsed to appear in the Devonport Magistrates Court charged with negligent driving causing death and driving a vehicle with an insecure load.

The driver of a blue Ford sedan involved will be summonsed to appear in the Devonport Magistrates Court charged with driving with an illicit drug in her body.

And finally the driver of a Holden Commodore involved in the collision will receive a summons for having an unrestrained child in the vehicle and a number of vehicle defects.
