Crash Investigation Services have completed an investigation into a 3 vehicle fatal crash on the Midland Highway at Lovely Banks on 24 March 2013.

As a result, a 58 year old man from Mount Stuart will be charged by summons with Cause Death by Negligent Driving.

The man will appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court at a later date.

There will be no further comment on this matter as it is before the court.
