Sadly, a 77-year-old Elliot man has died after a single-vehicle crash on the Bass Highway at Brittons Swamp earlier today.

Police and emergency services were called to the scene about 12.15pm, after reports a motorcycle had left the road.

The rider was treated by paramedics, but died at the scene.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
