At 10.00pm on Saturday 14/12/2013 a double fatal crash has occurred at the intersection of Main Road and Clarence streets, Perth.

An unregistered motorcycle with two male occupants was travelling south on Main Road when it has collided head-on into a utility turning into Clarence Street.

The 28 year old rider and the 31 year old pillion both of Launceston died at the scene.  Neither was wearing helmets and the motorcycle did not have lights.

The two male occupants of the utility aged 48 and 13 years of age and both from Devonport were uninjured.

The crash is being investigated by Northern Crash Investigation Service and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
