Marcus Denis Mayne, 24 years, appeared today in the Launceston Magistrates court charged in respect of an armed robbery that occurred at the Newstead branch of the Commonwealth Bank on Friday 1 June 2012.

Mayne was remanded in custody to reappear in the Launceston Magistrates Court at 2.15pm on Monday 4 June 2012.
