Tasmania Police has received the findings and recommendations of Coroner Olivia McTaggart in relation to the death of Bjay Johnstone in November 2012.

Tasmania Police is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of people, especially children, affected by family violence.

Our condolences are with those affected by the death of Bjay.

The recommendations will now be carefully considered by Tasmania Police.
