Advice to residents

Members of Tasmania Police continue to man roadblocks in fire affected areas in and around Glen Dhu and Collins Cap. Road access is restricted to local residents only, upon the production of identification.

Any resident re-located as a result of the fires may return if they feel safe to do so and upon compliance with police instructions.

Motorists are requested to exercise extreme caution with emergency services operating in the area.
