Clarendon Vale man charged with wounding

A man has been charged with wounding after an isolated incident at a private residence at Clarendon Vale overnight.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries during an altercation between the parties at the residence in Bradman Street about 2am Saturday 9 November.

He was taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital for treatment.

A 21 year old Clarendon Vale man has since been charged with wounding and criminal code assault and was bailed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court at a later date.

Police are seeking to hear from anyone that may have seen the altercation take place or has CCTV or dash cam footage from the area around this time.
