A 49 year old female from East Devonport will be summoned to attend court to answer a number of charges arising from a fatal head on collision which occurred on 15 May 2012.

The collision claimed the life of Troy Dale LUCAS when the motor cycle he was riding collided with an on coming Toyota Corolla being driven by the female on Brooke Street at East Devonport.

Charges stemming from the collision are negligent driving causing death; drive without due care and attention and failing to keep left.
