The Tasmania Police helicopter crew has successfully winched the male from the cliffs at Cape Deslacs, Clifton Beach. 

The 19 year old male who is being treated by Ambulance Tasmania Paramedics, will be transported to the Royal Hobart Hospital and is in a serious condition.
