At approximately 1:00am on Thursday the 25^th of October 2012 business premises Lights and Lamps, located on Victoria Street Hobart, suffered significant damage as a direct result of a fire at that location.  Damage to the building and stock is valued in excess of $200,000.

The fire was deliberately lit and is currently being investigated by members of the Hobart Criminal Investigation Branch and the Tasmania Fire Service. Assistance is requested from members of the public who may have observed a car or person/s in the area immediately prior to the fire.
