A 57 year old Molesworth man has died as a result of a single vehicle motor cycle crash on Hollow Tree Road Bothwell, on Sunday the 8^th of February at 11.10am.

The crash occurred when a 2004 blue Kawasaki which was travelling toward Bothwell has left the roadway whilst the rider was negotiating a sweeping right hand bend. The motor cyclist appears to have died instantly as a result of the crash.

Police would like to hear from any member of the public who may have witnessed the crash or seen the motor cycle prior to the incident.
