As a result of information received in relation to an ongoing investigation relating to missing person Dwayne Davies, a large rural private property was searched by approximately 50 police officers on Friday 2 June 2017.  An area of interest to detectives was identified and secured overnight.

Today, Saturday 3 June 2017, forensic officers exhumed a body at that location.  Formal identification of the body will not be known until an autopsy can be conducted and the family notified. A report has been prepared for the Coroner.
