Tasmania Police is investigating a number of break ins to vessels moored at Victoria Dock during the evening of 10th October and the early hours of 11th October 2011. Damage was caused to as many as 12 vessels and property stolen.

Members of the public are urged to contact Hobart Criminal Investigation Branch on 6230 2603 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 if they have any information relating to the break ins.

Owners of vessels moored in Victoria Dock are encouraged to check their vessels and report any damage or property stolen to police.
