Police are investigating a single ATV crash on the West Coast early Saturday morning.

Around 3.25am on Saturday, emergency services were called to Temma Road where a Honda Rancher four-wheeler had crashed.

Two 17-year-old males were flown to the Royal Hobart Hospital. One was reported to have sustained serious injuries.
