Launceston CIB are investigating burglaries overnight where an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) was entered and cash stolen.

Between 10pm and 6.30am, offenders forced entry to ‘Cimitiere House’ situated at 113 Cimitiere Street Launceston. Once inside, they have cut entry into the onsite ATM in the foyer and removed a quantity of cash.

During this crime, the offenders also forced entry to the ‘Green Bean’ café situated in the same complex and stole a small quantity of money from the cash till.

Launceston Detectives are following a direct line of inquiry regarding these crimes.
