Assistance line for Counselling or Support services

Tasmania Police acknowledge that some people may have found the events in Cedar Street over the last few days distressing.

An assistance line has been set up by the State Emergency Services to provide counselling or support via a team of social workers at the Kings Meadows Community Health Centre.

The number to call for Newnham residents and affected community members is 6777 4155.  Alternatively you can contact your local GP.
