At 3.10am on Sunday 12^th February 2012 a mobile telephone was stolen from a business premises at 323 Elizabeth Street, North Hobart.  Shortly after, there was a scuffle outside the business.

Police wish to speak with the two pictured males who they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries in relation to the theft and scuffle.
