Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault outside Mobius Lounge Bar on Despard Street, Hobart, last weekend.

The assault occurred at around 2am on Sunday, 28 August 2016.

A 21 year old man was injured during the assault, rendered unconscious and subsequently hit his head on the concrete.

Anyone who witnessed the assault is urged to call Tasmania Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
