Hobart CIB Detectives are investigating an incident where a 21 year old man was assaulted in the toilets of Curly’s Nightclub in Murray Street, Hobart about 4.55am on 1 January 2011.  The man was punched to the face and knocked to the ground. As he was lying on the ground he was threatened with a broken glass and in an attempt to defend himself he received a cut to his hand.

The first male is described as:
• Approximately 5’11 tall
• Short dark hair
•  Stocky build
• Aged in his early 20’s
• Wearing a long light coloured button up shirt and denim jeans.

The second male is described as:
• Approximately 6’ tall
• Fair short hair
• Athletic build
• Aged in his early to mid 20’s
• His eyes were close together
• Wearing a light coloured button up shirt.
 

The third male is described as:
• Approximately 5’11
• Short dark hair
• Athletic build
• Aged in his early to mid 20’s
• Wearing a pale coloured t shirt with a shirt/jumper over his shoulders.
