Assault in Kingston

Kingston Police are investigating an assault in Kingston yesterday and are asking the victim to contact them.



About 4.40pm on Monday afternoon a youth aged between 16 and 18 was walking on the Channel Highway towards Channel Court between the McDonalds roundabout and the roundabout near the dry cleaners, when he was approached by two youths. 



One of the youths, who has been identified by Police, walked up to the young man and assaulted him. 

Police have not received a complaint from the victim and have not yet identified him. He is described as being approximately 16-18 and was wearing a maroon hooded jumper. 

Police would like him to come forward and report the matter.
