Detectives from Bellerive CIB have charged a 27 year old man from Rokeby with Arson as a result of investigations into a deliberately lit fire at a unit on Joseph Street, Rokeby on 11^th January 2015.

The man was charged and bailed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates court in March.

The Housing Tasmania property which is managed by Mission Australia sustained extensive damage estimated at around $80,000.

The property was occupied, however no one was home at the time of the fire.
